for the foreign guests, for the period of staying in our hotel.
Duration should be not more than 1 month.
The visas support includes a preparing the confirmation of the booking and voucher.
All documents send back after 100% pre-paying, by fax or e-mail, during the one day.
This service is free for the guests of The Zolotoy Kolos Hotel.

Cancelation policy:
The hotel charges full first night rate, if the guest cancels the confirmed booking,
